Punching tools designed for high production rates (up to 2000 per day) and high productivity.

They can be used in conjunction with a machining centre, so that machining at the bar ends can be carried out in masked time, and are automatically triggered by contact with the profile.

Optional : base plate , cycle counter, profile guide, integrated automatic lubrication, pneumatic profile plate maker, pneumatic evacuation of knockouts, etc. The tools are mounted on a pneumatic (type PO 529) or hydraulic (type MD 825) press, depending on the power required, and are inter-exchangeable.
